You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, quantities and delivery details. Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk and title in goods pass as agreed in the order confirmation or applicable law.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are those stated in our written quote or contract. Payment terms are as agreed for each order. Late payment may delay fulfilment or incur agreed charges.

6. Procurement and competitive processes

Where you invite Dorado to participate in a tender or RFQ, our bid or quote is subject to the process rules you publish and to our written offer. Award does not change these website Terms except as overridden by the signed contract.

7. Intellectual property

Logos, text and design on this website belong to Dorado or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission, except for fair personal viewing of the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorado is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For supply contracts, liability is as set out in the applicable order or governing law.
